The Antweight Championship was a special event held specifically for antweight robots. The battles featured a collection of robots all weighing under 150g and took place in their own purpose built arena, located in the corner of the pits. The first event was a single battle which occured in the final episode of Robot Wars Extreme: Series 1. The second event featured two heats to decide the finalists and took place during Robot Wars Extreme: Series 2 as part of a special Robot Rampage episode featuring robots of different weight categories.

Trivia
- Both of the Antweight Champions, Anty B and Combat Ant, fought against each other in every battle they fought, with each robot defeating the other once, and them both qualifying for the next round in the third.
