Nothing about Blackbird's design is known at this time. Tectonic Robot Wars does not list any notes on its design which is currently the only known source of the robot.[1]

Blackbird was in attendance for The Fourth Wars qualifiers but it is not known who Blackbird fought and if it won or lost its battles. Nonetheless, Blackbird was never seen on the televised show as it failed to qualify.
