Bone was the third robot built by Adam Clark to enter Robot Wars. Adam Clark attempted to qualify for the Third Wars with Bone, with the assistance of David Dempster, hoping to compete alongside his other robot for that series, Corporal Punishment. However, Bone was not selected to compete in Series 3, and did not attempt to qualify for any subsequent series.
Clark had previously fought with Vector of Armageddon in Series 1 and a previous incarnation of Corporal Punishment in Series 2, and would later enter Series 5 with Wowot and Series 6 with 259. He would also fail to qualify for Series 4 with Twister.
Design
Bone was an unusually-shaped robot armed with three large vertical spinning blades at the front, which made up most of the robot's size. The main body mainly consisted of a triangular section with strengthening beams to support the blades, with two wheels located at the front of the machine between the blades.
