Chaos 2 is a heavyweight robot that competed from the third series of Robot Wars until the sixth, earning a reputation of one of Britain's very best robots, winning two grand championships in dominant style. Chaos 2 appeared in all five Robot Wars video games, the third of these appearances it made in Robot Wars: Advanced Destruction.
Appearance and Armament[edit | edit source]
Chaos 2's appearance in this game is easily distinguishable as its real-life counterpart, and steps have certainly been made since its last appearance in handheld video games as part of Robot Wars: Metal Mayhem. The overall shape and paint job of the robot is accurate, but again the rear of the robot is opaque.
Chaos 2's main weapon is the trademark gas powered rear-hinged flipper, considered one of the best in real life. The weapon is one of the better flippers on the game, as it has no trouble getting under most opponents first time.
Chaos 2 is an unlockable robot within the game- in order to unlock it, you must beat it at least once in Championship Mode.
Strategies[edit | edit source]
Using Chaos 2[edit | edit source]
The obvious tactic is to use the large flipper on the front of Chaos 2 to flip opponents. Chaos 2 has one of the better ground clearances on the game, and so has little trouble getting underneath opponents.
Against Chaos 2[edit | edit source]
Chaos 2 is one of the harder robots on the game to beat, as it is difficult to get underneath, and will probably be able to flip you easily. Attacking with axe or saw weapons are probably the best chance, although ramming is a good tactic if timed well.
Differences between the Game and Real Life[edit | edit source]
- The rear of the robot is opaque, rather than transparent
