Crasha Gnasha was a robot that competed in the third series of Robot Wars. It was built to resemble a shark and its weapons were a rear-mounted swinging hammer and a circular saw. The saw was mounted vertically inside the shark's mouth and was one of the kind used to cut people out of crashed planes, whilst the 4 pound sledgehammer hidden inside the fin of the shark swung from side to side, as opposed to overhead. Crasha Gnasha made its only appearance in the Robot Wars video games in Robot Wars: Metal Mayhem.

Robot Wars: Metal Mayhem was the first Robot Wars game and as such Crasha Gnasha was one of the first competitor robots to be playable. Due to the Game Boy Color's comparatively poor graphics, the arenas and robots could not be very detailed, and the same goes for Crasha Gnasha.

Crasha Gnasha's in game counterpart is quite dire compared to its real life companion. Crasha Gnasha, out of all the robots in the game, bears the least amount of resemblance to its real life counterpart. Whilst the select screen picture shows it correctly in its blue shark-like design, the ingame model shows it as little more than a small purple oval shape with two large red wheels, somewhat like a mouse. The saw is absent, and the tail, instead of being portrayed as a hammer, is shown as a long whip.

In battle, Crasha Gnasha's method of attack is to use its tail to whip its opponents overhead, a move which is not only highly illogical, but physically impossible, especially in comparison to the real robot. Like all CPU contestant robots, it will use its weapon when it comes into contact with another robot, but it will not always actively drive towards them. Crasha Gnasha is able to be flipped over by arena spikes.
