The following is a list of episodes of the British television game show Robot Wars, a series that was originally broadcast from 1998 to 2004 on BBC Two and later BBC Choice before moving to Five for The Seventh Wars, and back to BBC Two for the rebooted Series 8-10. The various international series of Robot Wars produced for American, Dutch and German audiences are also listed, as is the spin-off series Robot Wars Revealed which presents behind-the-scenes footage from The Second Wars.

Episodes of the first two series were around 30 minutes long, and aired on BBC Two. Also unlike later series the grand final was not given its own dedicated episode and was instead shown as part of the episode containing the final heat.

Series 2[]

During the run of Series 2 two specials were also produced. The first, The Making of Robot Wars was a behind-the-scenes special on the making of the first series. A week after the end of the series The Best of Robot Wars was shown, an episode featuring selected highlights from the second series of the show.

Robot Wars Revealed[]

A spin-off of Series 2 presented by Philippa Forrester, providing behind-the-scenes footage, interviews and video diaries of teams competing in this series. Episodes were initially broadcast exclusively on BBC Choice and featured the same 30-minute runtime as the main series.

The First World Championship was produced at the same time as the rest of Series 3 and was originally released on video (between the broadcast of Heats M and N) before premiering on TV in 2001 on BBC Choice during the run of Extreme Series 1. This was followed by a repeat on BBC Two.

Nickelodeon Robot Wars[]

This series had eight competitions that were put into six episodes. Three of the competitions (US Championship, International Tag Team Terror and the Annihilator) each had their own dedicated episode with the other five competitions being spread across the remaining three episodes in a format similar to the first series of Robot Wars Extreme in the UK. Episodes this series were around 22 minutes long to fit into a half-hour timeslot, including commercials.
