Eradicator was a heavyweight robot built by Anthony Neve which attempted to qualify for an unspecified series of Robot Wars. However, Eradicator lost both of its qualifying battles at Robot Mayhem and failed to make the televised show as a result.
Design[]
Described by its builder as a "large, white wedge" armed with an axe powered by CO2 fire extinguishers, Eradicator was driven by 24V brushed motors salvaged from a Flymo hover lawnmower.[1] The axe was similar in appearance to that of House Robot Shunt.
Qualification[]
- "Unfortunately i didnt make it past the live show that day but did have a couple of battles. Only finished the robot at 11pm the day before and had to leave early the next morning to get to the studios. Hadn't barely driven it or used the axe in anger so had plenty of teething problems and a steep learning curve."

Eradicator fought in two battles at an unspecified Robot Mayhem event. One of these came against a robot armoured in polycarbonate material and equipped with a spinning blade, which is believed by Neve to potentially be Charybdis.[1] The second was against a "coffin shaped" opponent which was brown in colour.[1]
In one battle, Eradicator's axe became stuck in the plywood floor of the arena, prompting Shunt to free it. However, Eradicator's kill switch was knocked in the process and the robot was immobilised. A second intervention by the House Robot caused Eradicator to come back to life post-fight, and 15-year-old Anthony Neve received praise from George Francis of Chaos 2 fame for his driving ability as he returned Eradicator to the loading bay.[1]
