Eliminators[]

"We've got eight 'bots, in four straight one-on-one rumbles! The four winners go on to team up against the two House Robots. Why would anyone wanna do that?! Are they crazy?! Or do they know something that we don't? What do they have that no robot has had before? We're about to find out!"
— Mick Foley before Battle 1

Silver Box vs Close Enough[]

Silver Box vs Close Enough

Silver Box slams into Close Enough

Close Enough was very slow as it entered the arena. As activate was sounded, Silver Box got its spinning disc up to speed, but Close Enough did not move away. Silver Box charged at its immobile opponent, hitting it with the disc and pushing it against the arena entry gate. As Silver Box reversed, Close Enough moved away from the wall, but Silver Box landed a couple more blows on Close Enough's side, and it came to a stop again.

"Close Enough's making some funny noises! This is no way to show up to Robot Wars, just looking like you're gonna break down before one hit! It's unbelievable, but Silver Box is gonna take full advantage of it!"
— Stefan Frank as Silver Box attacks the barely-mobile Close Enough

Refbot counts Close Enough out

Shunt came in behind Close Enough and pushed it, pushing Silver Box with it. Silver Box reversed for another charge, and drove at the front of Close Enough, which was still not moving, and hit it with its spinning disc. With Close Enough immobile, Silver Box drove around it, landing blows on one side with the spinning disc, then driving to the other side to land more blows whilst Refbot came over to count Close Enough out.

"Silver Box, goin' in there tryin' to cut that frame up a little bit of Close Enough. And it looks like Close Enough is gonna be "close but no cigar"! The audience wants the Pit! There's Refbot with the countdown!"
— Stefan Frank as Refbot goes to count Close Enough out

When Refbot finished his count, Silver Box rammed into Close Enough again, and Shunt got behind Close Enough and pushed it up the arena and placed it on the Floor Flipper. Close Enough was thrown, being flipped over as it was tossed. Shunt got behind it and axed it, punching through the base, then pushed it onto the Flame Pit, giving it a couple more axe blows as it burned, ripping the base loose. The gas engine caught fire, and Matilda reversed into it with her rear flywheel, hitting the wheelguard. Refbot reversed Close Enough off the Flame Pit, pushing it onto a CO2 vent, and used his extinguisher to put out the fire.

"And that's about all she wrote for Close Enough as her dreams go up into smoke!"
— Stefan Frank as Close Enough burns

After the battle, Close Enough captain admitted that one of Close Enough's motors had failed as the robot entered the arena, leaving it unable to drive properly from the beginning.

Winner: Silver Box

The Green House vs Tut Tut[]

TheGreenHouse Lifts TutTut

The Green House lifts Tut Tut

Tut Tut started by turning away from its opponent, as The Green House drove towards it. It started driving down the arena, but as The Green House got closer, it turned and fired the axe, but missed. The Green House tried getting its flipper under the side of Tut Tut, but Tut Tut turned before it could fire, hitting it with its axe. As Tut Tut pulled the axe back, The Green House got under the side and lifted it up, only to drop it and reversed.

"Well the best strategy for Green House is just to try and stay out of the way, and stay alive! Whoah, look at that axe off of Tut Tut! If Tut Tut gets a hold of one of those... but wait a minute! Green House has got Tut Tut up on the side!"
— Stefan Frank in the early stages of the battle

Tut Tut buries its axe into the floor

The two robots turned and drove at each other, but Tut Tut missed with the axe, which became stuck in the floor. Dead Metal came out of his CPZ to try and push Tut Tut free of the ground, and The Green House tried getting under Tut Tut, but as it got the lifter under the corner of Tut Tut, it also got the lifter under one of Dead Metal's claws, so when it tried lifting, it over-balanced forwards. Tut Tut got its axe free, and The Green House reversed. Tut Tut charged at The Green House's side and fired the axe, but Tut Tut was too close, so the handle hit The Green House instead of the axe head. The Green House reversed, then got its lifter under the front of Tut Tut, but Tut Tut turned away, causing The Green House to miss its flip. Tut Tut turned back at The Green House, hitting the top with the axe. The Green House tried getting away, but couldn't until Tut Tut pulled the axe back.

"And Tut Tut, straight into the top of that plexiglass of Green House. Green House isn't looking too good right now!"
— Stefan Frank
Tut tut vs the green house

Tut Tut impales The Green House

The Green House turned around, and Tut Tut landed another axe blow on it. This allowed The Green House to push it into a CPZ, but it drove in itself as it did so. As the two fought in the CPZ, Dead Metal came over to trap them. The Green House pushed against Dead Metal, and he reversed, allowing The Green House to escape the CPZ, followed by Tut Tut. The Green House drove into Dead Metal again, then turned around as Tut Tut drove at it, landing an axe blow on the top, which failed to puncture. Tut Tut axed the top of The Green House again, and forced it into the Pit release button. Tut Tut kept pushing The Green House, but the axe slid off, and Tut Tut turned around as The Green House pushed against it. The Green House got its lifter under Tut Tut's side, but Tut Tut turned off the flipper, then got behind The Green House. The Green House reversed against Tut Tut, and Tut Tut landed an axe blow on the top and pushed it down the arena, but narrowly missed the Pit, pushing The Green House along the edge.

"Green House just spinning its wheels, getting pushed backwards. Tut Tut, bringing it ever closer to the Pit, but whoa! Tut Tut almost put himself in the Pit! Not a good piece of strategy for Tut Tut!"
— Stefan Frank as the two robots get close to the pit
Tut Tut vs The Green House

The Green House is pitted

One of Tut Tut's wheels went over the edge of the Pit, but The Green House reversed against it, allowing Tut Tut to get a grip with the wheel on the edge of the pit and reverse away from the Pit. The Green House drove forwards, turning away from the Pit, and The Green House charged at it, but missed an axe blow, and the axe head became stuck in the floor again. Tut Tut struggled to free the axe, but managed to push it free, and Tut Tut reversed and got at the side of The Green House. Tut Tut axed the top again, and in one swift move, turned it around and forced it into the Pit.

"Tut Tut puts Green House into his own tomb, and makes his mummy proud!"
— Stefan Frank as Tut Tut pits The Green House

Winner: Tut Tut

Tricerabot vs The Green Mouse[]

Green mouse vs tricerabot

The Green Mouse flips Tricerabot

Tricerabot drove forwards, but as The Green Mouse drove at it, Tricerabot turned and drove down the arena. It drove close to Dead Metal's CPZ, who came out of the CPZ and rammed Tricerabot, causing a small part to fall off. Dead Metal reversed, and Tricerabot drove towards The Green Mouse, driving past its opponent, turning around and reversing at it with the spike, but drove straight onto The Green Mouse's lifter, which lifted it up. Tricerabot slipped off, then reversed into The Green Mouse's side with the spike. The Green Mouse turned around, but Tricerabot got its rear spike at the side of The Green Mouse and rammed it down the arena, slamming it into the Pit release button.

"The Green Mouse, with that lifting arm, can't really get in any good position to use it, but Tricerabot's pushing The Green Mouse right into the Pit release! And the Pit's going down, there's the siren! Maybe, mousetrap's been set, but the battle's still on, so it's anybody's game here!"
— Stefan Frank
Tricerabot vs The Green Mouse

Tricerabot turns The Green Mouse over

Tricerabot sped up the arena, and as The Green Mouse turned away from the wall, it turned the wrong way and nearly drove into the pit. It reversed and drove to the arena centre, where Tricerabot rammed into it in reverse with its rear spike. The Green Mouse turned back and forth as Tricerabot reversed up the arena for another charge. The Green Mouse turned to face Tricerabot, and the two robots charged at it each other, but The Green Mouse turned a little too far and fired the lifter the wrong moment, allowing Tricerabot to get underneath, turning it onto its side as it rammed it, then pushing it onto its back.

"Oh! A little "Stupid Kanupid" ramp was jumped there, the Mouse up on its back, it ain't looking good! Look at the air off of that thing!"
— Stefan Frank as Tricerabot turns The Green Mouse over

Tricerabot rammed The Green Mouse onto the Flame Pit, and as the fur burnt, Refbot counted it out. Dead Metal grabbed The Green Mouse and pulled it off the Flame Pit, and Tricerabot rammed it a few more times with its rear spike. Shunt pushed it onto the Floor Flipper, where it was thrown over. The House Robots surrounded The Green Mouse, with Dead Metal on one side with its pincers around one of the wheels, whilst Shunt was oat the other side, and slammed the axe into the top. Shunt tried to lift The Green Mouse with his scoop a couple of times, but couldn't because Dead Metal had his pincers on the side, so Shunt overbalanced forwards both times. Tricerabot rammed into The Green Mouse as Dead Metal pulled it towards the Pit. The Green Mouse slipped out of Dead Metal's grip, and Tricerabot rammed into The Green Mouse, driving between it and Dead Metal. Tricerabot reversed, then rammed The Green Mouse into the Pit.

"Well, it's not a very good day for the color green! First it was The Green House biting the dust, now it's The Green Mouse biting the dust!"
— Mick Foley after the battle

Winner: Tricerabot

Rosie the Riveter vs Rot Box[]

Rot Box vs Rosie the Riveter

Rosie the Riveter pushes Rot Box over the Flame Pit

The two robots went straight for each other, with Rosie the Riveter ramming into Rot Box and pushing it back. The decorative cockpit fell of the top as it did so. However, Rot Box managed to push back a little, hitting Rosie the Riveter with its axe, knocking off one of Rosie the Riveter's back decorations. Rosie the Riveter got the advantage pushing again, ramming Rot Box towards the arena wall, but Rot Box was able to turn, so it was not slammed into an angle grinder, instead bumping into the side wall. Rot Box still had its axe in Rosie the Riveter's top, and pushed it onto the Flame Pit, but Rosie the Riveter quickly reversed off, pulling Rot Box onto the flames. The two robots struggled to gain advantage, pushing and pulling against each other.

"Now Rot Box is pushing Rosie the Riveter right into the flames, and back into the flames for Rot Box! Well, they're made out of wood, they better not stick around there too long!"
— Stefan Frank as the two competitors struggle over the Flame Pit
Rosie the Riveter vs Rot Box

Rosie the Riveter edges Rot Box back

Rosie the Riveter managed to push Rot Box over the Flame Pit, then turned around, ramming Rot Box against the arena wall. Rosie the Riveter reversed, but Rot Box failed to get away from the wall. Rosie the Riveter drove besides Rot Box, but accidentally drove into an angle grinder, so reversed. As Rot Box tried turning away from the wall, Rosie the Riveter rammed into it, pushing it against an angle grinder. Rosie the Riveter reversed, and Rot Box drove away from the wall. Rosie the Riveter rammed it into the top arena wall, by Dead Metal's CPZ, reversed to avoid an axe blow from Rot Box, which glanced off the front, then rammed into it again. Dead Metal got its pincers around Rot Box and cut through the wooden armour.

"Rosie making mincemeat out of Rot Box! But Rot Box is in the wrong place, there in the CPZ, the Corner Patrol Zone! And Dead Metal's gonna take full advantage"
— Stefan Frank as Rosie the Riveter rams Rot Box into Dead Metal
Rosie on Refbot

Rosie the Riveter drives up Refbot

Dead Metal let go and reversed, and Rot Box tried turning away, but Rosie the Riveter rammed it back into the wall. One of Rot Box's tyres had been damaged, almost being ripped loose, and although it managed to drive away from the wall, dodging Rosie the Riveter, it struggled to drive in a straight line, and it bumped into Refbot's side. As Rosie the Riveter tried charging at Rot Box, it accidentally drove straight up Refbot's front. Refbot reversed, and although Rosie the Riveter fell onto Rot Box, it quickly managed to get off. One of Rot Box's tyres was now completely flat, leaving it unable to move.

"Meanwhile, Rot Box has got a flat, and doesn't look like it's going to be moving too far! The Rosie team sees it and wants to go in for the kill!"
— Stefan Frank as Rot Box lies immobile due to the flat tyre
Slowsie the Riveter

Rosie the Riveter slows to a crawl after winning the battle

Refbot counted it out, and Sir Killalot used his claw to push it onto the Floor Flipper, which threw it over. Dead Metal opened the Pit, and Sir Killalot pushed Rot Box onto the Flame Pit. As it burned, Dead Metal grabbed it and cut into the base, until Refbot drove between the two, forcing Dead Metal to reverse. Sir Killalot pushed Rot Box off the Flame Pit, then pushed it over to the Pit and pushed it in.

"Well, it was Rosie the Riveter, turning in a riveting performance, and moved to the final battle, in Robot Wars Extreme Warriors: Robot Rebellion!"
— Mick Foley after the battle

Winner: Rosie the Riveter

Silver box vs matilda

Silver Box rips into Matilda's shell sending fiberglass shards flying

Both Tricerabot and Rosie the Riveter entered the arena with flammable strips, which they hoped to use to set fire to the House Robots. As the competitors charged forwards at the start, Shunt charged at Silver Box, pushing it back, whilst Tricerabot drove at Matilda's side, but Tricerabot couldn't get an advantage, and Matilda turned around and tore some of the strips off with her flywheel. Shunt then drove into Tut Tut, who hit him with its axe. Shunt drove at Tut Tut, lifting it up with his scoop and pushed it against the arena wall, but couldn't overturn the pyramid shaped loanerbot, so reversed, dropping it. Tricerabot charged at Matilda again, this time ramming into her back, avoiding the flywheel, but it could only push Matilda a little, and Matilda turned, hitting Tricerabot with the flywheel, flipping it up and thrusting it aside, with some of the decoration falling off. Matilda turned to attack Rosie the Riveter, trying to get her tusks under the side and flip, but Rosie the Riveter dodged her tusks, then reversed. Matilda turned to block Rosie the Riveter, but Rosie the Riveter drove around her. Shunt came over, driving into Tricerabot, pushing it into Rosie the Riveter, but Rosie the Riveter kept driving, and Tricerabot got away. Shunt turned and pushed Tut Tut against the top arena wall, and lifted it up with his scoop. However, as he reversed for another attack, Tricerabot rammed into his plough, pushing him past Tut Tut and into the wall. Whilst Matilda trapped Silver Box in the CPZ, Shunt reversed into Silver Box, which turned and ripped into Matilda's armour.

"And there's Silver Box, trying to ruin Matilda's beautiful complexion with that saw!"
— Stefan Frank as Silver Box cuts into Matilda

Shunt drove out of the CPZ, charging after Tricerabot and Rosie the Riveter. It drove into the front of Rosie the Riveter, used his axe to hold it still, then lifted it up with his scoop, but then turned, allowing Rosie the Riveter to fall off the side. Tut Tut tried to attack, but got its axe stuck in the arena floor, until Shunt used his plough to free the axe. Matilda drove towards Silver Box, but Tricerabot rammed into her rear and pushed.

"This could be a huge upset! Whoah, these four on two, I mean you would have never thought that the House Robots would take this much punishment!"
— Stefan Frank

Tricerabot vs shunt

Tricerabot damages and immobilises Shunt

As Tricerabot reversed for another charge, Matilda reversed and turned, but as she turned, Tricerabot rammed into her, catching her broadside and turning her onto her side. With Matilda defeated, Tricerabot then started to ram Shunt, who began losing power after Tut Tut axed his electrical system off-camera.[2] It looked like an unexpected victory for the competitors. At that moment, however, the background music came to an abrupt halt and was replaced with the song Ride of the Valkyries. In a cloud of smoke from the House Robot entry gate, Sir Killalot entered the arena.

"Oh no, now it's a grudge match! Sir Killalot has entered the building! And the crowd loves it!"
— Stefan Frank as Sir Killalot enters the arena

Killalot nosedive

Sir Killalot's nosedive

Tricerabot wasted no time in hitting the Pit release button as Sir Killalot went straight for Silver Box, grabbing the disc with his claw and picking it up. Sir Killalot dropped it, then pushed it up the arena to a CPZ, and grabbed it again. Tricerabot tried ramming into Sir Killalot's back, but this didn't affect the House Robot as he picked up Silver Box and carried it down the arena. Tricerabot followed Sir Killalot, and Tut Tut and Rosie the Riveter rushed over to Sir Killalot as he went over to the Pit. However, as he was about to drop Silver Box in, he lost his balance, falling forwards.

"OH NO! Killalot goes up on his face! Tricerabot takes advantage of the little bit of weight distribution – they’re goin’ nuts up in the booth! Meanwhile, Silver Box takes a slam dunk! And Tricerabot’s trying his best to get Sir Killalot, but it ain’t gonna happen!"
— Stefan Frank as Sir Killalot loses balance

Tricerabot, still behind him, took immediate advantage and rammed underneath him, causing Sir Killalot to fall over onto his front right in front of the Pit, his claw arm (and thus Silver Box) actually going in. Tut Tut hit Sir Killalot a few times with its axe, but seemed to lose power at the end. This left the two Team Juggerbot machines to hold Sir Killalot in place next to the Pit, preventing him from getting away, but unable to finish him off. The televised match ended in what looked like a complete stalemate.

"And I tell you, is that amazing? Four on one, and they still couldn’t take him down!"
— Stefan Frank as time runs out for the competitors in the televised edit

Because of the fight's nature, the Judges did not call a winner. However, everyone agreed it was a moral victory for the competitor robots. Mike Morrow would later reveal that the competitors managed to fully pit Sir Killalot at a later stage of the fight that ultimately went untelevised.[3]

Winner: None called

"Next time you better bring all the house 'bots in!"
— Mike Morrow after the Rebellion
