Round 1

Pussycat vs X-Terminator

Pussycat X-Terminator
Pussycat extreme1
Extreme-inator
Votes for Pussycat
  1. No problems for Pussycat here. X-Terminator's slow, lumbering body is extremely vulnerable to attack. D.O.T (Look! I talk! :D) 08:00, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  2. Pussycat has better control and would win on damage that is if X Terminator can last that long.Diotoir the son of nemesis (talk) 08:11, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  3. X-Terminator will be beaten on damage. Sam (BAZINGA) 11:04, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  4. I'm just wondering what X-Terminator can even do to Pussycat here, it's extremely difficult to hit with the axe and slippery to push around. Combatwombat555 (talk) 13:00, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  5. Not much else to say. X-Terminator will have a lot of dents in the sides. Jimlaad43(talk) 14:37, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  6. X-Terminator only has the option of pitting Pussycat, and that in itself would be a big struggle. Even great pushing forces like Rosie the Riveter lost it in the end. ToastUltimatum 15:11, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  7. It feels great not to be a host any more, it is more fun just being a voter. Anyway, weight increase or not, Pussycat was still very much a force to be reckoned with in Extreme 1 whereas X-Terminator had little going for it during the same period, the Series 4 Runner-Up wins on damage.--Nononsensecapeesh (talk) 17:06, August 18, 2015 (UTC)

Wheely Big Cheese vs 3 Stegs to Heaven

Wheely Big Cheese 3 Stegs to Heaven
Wheely Big Cheese 5
3 Stegs Extreme
Votes for Wheely Big Cheese
  1. Seeing as 3 Stegs was the worst of the Steg robots, Wheely Big Cheese will take no effort to lob 3 Stegs out of the arena. D.O.T (Look! I talk! :D) 08:01, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  2. Easy win, possible oota. Drop Zone mk2 (talk) 08:06, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  3. Up UP and Away!Diotoir the son of nemesis (talk) 08:11, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  4. 3 Stegs to become a pterodactyl and fly out of the arena. Sam (BAZINGA) 11:04, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  5. Seeing as this early form of 3 Stegs couldn't even run upside down properly because of the missing castor wheel, and it's got a HUGE ground clearance, I don't think this is much of a contest. Combatwombat555 (talk) 13:02, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  6. There will only be 1 Steg to heaven if 3StH gets on the flipper too far. Jimlaad43(talk) 14:38, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  7. I didn't think Wheely Big Cheese was going to escape the first round in this tournament, especially given it's fairly weak performance in the real Extreme, but lucky Cheese, it got the easiest draw possible. ToastUltimatum 15:14, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  8. Even without Tornado to worry about, 3 Stegs still gets a match-up that points out how poor it is compared to its predecessors and WBC is way more powerful than Bigger Brother, 3 Stegs To Heaven, 1 big flip oota.--Nononsensecapeesh (talk) 17:09, August 18, 2015 (UTC)

Hypno-Disc vs Panic Attack

Hypno-Disc Panic Attack
Hypno-disc5
PanicAttack Extreme 1
Votes for Hypno-Disc
  1. Panic Attack is too low for Hypno-Disc to do any terminal damage to it, but Hypno-Disc can still break off their forks and do enough superficial damage to win the judge's decision Drop Zone mk2 (talk) 08:06, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  2. If Hypno-Disc manages to connect with Panic Attack's skirts, I think they'll be ripped off, which is going to give Hypno-Disc a stack of damage points that Panic Attack just can't equal. I just can't see that Panic Attack grappling with Hypno-Disc is going to overturn the points gained from that damage done. Combatwombat555 (talk) 13:08, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  3. Hypno was seriously powerful in series 5/extreme 1. If Panic Attack gets the forks near Hypno, they're gone. The sides will be pretty much destroyed too. I don;t think Panic's forks are quick enough to stop Hypno enough. Jimlaad43(talk) 14:39, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  4. Maybe the dream could come true if Hypno-Disc had a ridged, hollow flywheel like in Series 3, but this flywheel was solid, meaning there's nothing to hook. Hypno-Disc will probably break the claws on Panic Attack and that will pretty much do it. ToastUltimatum 15:19, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  5. Panic Attack would have its forks torn off if it tried to get in underneath the disc, and besides, it wouldn't be able to get a grip anyway. Kim Davies may have been an excellent driver, but I think Panic Attack was too sluggish to get around the kill zone the disc presents. It's armour was ok I suppose, but Pussycat managed to get through, so Hypno Disc certainly should. RelicRaider (talk) 22:26, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  6. Hmm, this is interesting, PA is very low-pronounced, just enough to avoid getting beaten to a pulp by H-D but if it raises its forks at all then H-D will just tear them off. H-D to win on damage.--Nononsensecapeesh (talk) 17:11, August 18, 2015 (UTC)
  7. Not PA can do here. It'll end up like Panic Attack's battle with Pussycat. ManUCrazy (talk) 18:14, August 18, 2015 (UTC)
Votes for Panic Attack
  1. I honestly think Panic Attack has the advantage here. Hypno-Disc may have a powerful disc, but the ground clearance could be a problem for them. In addition, Panic Attack has strong armour that might not be damaged too badly and can lift Hypno-Disc's side to carry them into the pit. Even if that won't happen, Hypno-Disc will lose on all categories except damage after being shoved all around the arena. D.O.T (Look! I talk! :D) 08:05, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  2. Call me strange but Panic attack could win this by getting the forks underneath the flywheel and with perfect control take this battle all the way.Diotoir the son of nemesis (talk) 08:12, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  3. I also think Panic Attack would win, it is hardy enough and should endure and pit it. Sam (BAZINGA) 11:04, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  4. Oddly enough, I too agree. Panic Attack had fairly solid armor, and it's low enough that HD won't be able to get a good bite on it. I can see PA stopping the spinner and pitting Hypno Disc. Badnik96 (talk) 19:26, August 17, 2015 (UTC)

Dominator 2 vs Razer

Dominator 2 Razer
Dominator2 Extreme1
Razere
Votes for Dominator 2
  1. Dominator 2 doesn't get any breaks does it? I think Dominator 2's design will prevent Razer from crushing it and it is quick enough to make sure the front is always facing Razer, preventing Razer from getting at the wheels and giving Dominator 2 a lot of chances to strike with the axe. Sam (BAZINGA) 11:04, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
Votes for Razer
  1. Razer can puncture D2's wheels, then pit them. Drop Zone mk2 (talk) 08:06, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  2. Random.org, why? Anyways, Dominator 2 was #2 on my robots that could beat Razer, and I am thinking that Razer may have the advantage becuz it iz the bestest robutt evur because Razer can crunch into the wheels of Dominator 2 and immobilize them from there. Razer is precise enough to attack from there and then pit them. If it was the Series 6 version (even the series 4 variant), I would have gone against Razer, but the Extreme 1 version of Dominator wasn't too protected in terms of its locomotion, whereas Razer was only plagued by problems in the first 3 series mainly. D.O.T (Look! I talk! :D) 08:13, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  3. Razer can get underneath and pit Dominator or it can damage those wheels. All dominator can do is scratch Razer with the axe or miss.Diotoir the son of nemesis (talk) 08:15, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  4. Razer's in real trouble in this heat- two potential battles later on it's going to really struggle with. As for this one, a later version of Dominator 2 would be a sterner test, but this version has very exposed wheels that look very vulnerable, and we know how nimble and well-driven Razer is. Combatwombat555 (talk) 13:41, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  5. The exposed wheels are what sway it this way for me. Razer is driven so well, and they'll easily get to the wheel and puncture it. Any later version, and Razer would lose in my eyes. Jimlaad43(talk) 14:41, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  6. Here I was thinking "it'll be fun to judge the All-Stars version of Dominator II with exposed wheels!" Yeah it wasn't. ToastUltimatum 15:21, August 17, 2015 (UTC)
  7. SIGH! Once again, random.org proves exactly why I don't trust it, you get unfair match-ups like this and other examples that have been mentioned more than enough times before. Why do we always go with what random.org decides when we all have minds of our own? Even if Dominator had the wheel-guards in this instance, if Razer aimed for the wheels it would be game over and even Dominator's steep shell wouldn't save it cos you saw how quickly Razer learned from its battles with Backstabber and Aggrobot, it would just simply aim for the middle behind the axe mount and well, what more can I say?--Nononsensecapeesh (talk) 17:18, August 18, 2015 (UTC)
