Round 1

Rattus Rattus vs Ultor

Rattus Rattus Ultor
Rattus Rattus
Ultor official image
Votes for Rattus Rattus
  1. Rattus Rattus was extremely good it its battle against S.M.I.D.S.Y. and yet for whatever reason people keep underrating it and claiming it wasn't good. First things first, Rattus Rattus was able to get underneath robots easily and was extremely speedy and aggressive. The spikes and flail tail can cause considerable damage. Ultor may have "won" a Heat but it was no darling. It's drive wasn't the best, stopping on top of hazards and actively just driving into danger (yes RR did so against Shunt also but that was once compared to three battles worth). Rattus Rattus is more aggressive, speedier and should cause major damage with the spikes.Diotoir the son of nemesis (talk) 17:28, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Yeah, I'll back Rattus Rattus. It was a bit light in the weapons area- I don't see the flail doing much damage at all- but it was fast and aggressive against S.M.I.D.S.Y., far more than Ultor showed in any of its fights, and it should be able to control the battle and get some good rams in with the spikes. Combatwombat555 (talk) 19:17, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  3. I'll give Rattus Rattus the benefit. It's shell came off, but that was due to a very broad drive into Dead Metal. When it was ramming a robot of its own weight class, the shell was fine. I don't see Ultor making any inroads with that axe, and that coupled with Ultor's general tentative nature means that I'll give this one to Rattus Rattus with the more aggressive drives. NJGW (talk) 12:10, October 13, 2019 (UTC)
  4. Overall, I feel that the light taps from Ultor's axe will not score enough damage and aggression points to sway the judges. I believe that as long as Rattus Rattus avoids driving into the flames or CPZ, its relentless slams and pushes will cause all sorts of problems for Ultor. Ultimately, I will give it the benefit of the doubt here. SpaceManiac888 (Talk) 12:49, October 13, 2019 (UTC)
Votes for Ultor
  1. Ultor will get underneath Rattus Rattus's ground clearance to push it, and can use its axe to cause damage to the rat. Jimlaad43(talk) 16:14, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Ultor has the more usable active weapon, it should be able to tap away at the originally-yet-inaccurately-named Rattus Rattus and take the judges decision, provided Rattus Rattus doesn't destroy itself first. CrashBash (talk) 16:20, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  3. Ultor's weapon will prove to be the more decisive weapon of the lot. Doesn't help that Rattus Rattus isn't a reliable 'bot at all. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 17:17, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  4. Yeah, Rattus Rattus wasn't that bad as a pusher, but S.M.I.D.S.Y. was exactly the right sort of robot it could get under easily, Ultor will be much harder for it to do so, and I feel Ultor's axe will cause more minor damage than its spinner thing. Hogwild94 (talk) 18:41, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  5. I refuse to believe Ultor doesn't take this on damage. RR has a tap for a weapon, all the ground clearance in the world and a desk for a chassis. SFCJack (talk) 19:39, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  6. Ultor will win this on a Judges Decision, thanks to the damage from the axe and overall aggression. Adster1005 (talk) 21:31, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  7. I really considered helping the Rattus Rattus cause and wanted to vote for it, but I don't quite see it. Rattus Rattus can charge into Ultor, but without a wedge, what would that achieve other than riding up Ultor's slopes? Rattus Rattus is basically a worse Big Brother, so one moment of decision from Ultor's axe swings it for me. TOAST 13:37, October 13, 2019 (UTC)
Winner: Ultor (4-7)

Pitbull vs Bloody Murder Weapon

Votes for Pitbull
  1. Pitbull to grab, clamp and drag BMW around the arena and dump it in the pit eventually. There won't be much response from the Dutch robot. Jimlaad43(talk) 16:14, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  2. I'd vote for Bloody Murder Weapon in a heartbeat if its weapon actually functioned. With it being static in both its fight, for all we know it could travel at 1rpm. As it stands, it's essentially a great big bar for Pitbull to grab. CrashBash (talk) 16:21, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  3. The weapon troubles, or rather, lack of weapon full stop of BMW ultimately means that Pitbull will have a good time grabbing BMW's spinning cage and eventually dragging the broken carousel into the pit after a while. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 17:27, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  4. Same as the above.Diotoir the son of nemesis (talk) 17:29, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  5. Pitbull to easily clamp hold of BMW's weapon/body and push it wherever it wants. Hogwild94 (talk) 18:41, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  6. If Bloody Murder Weapon's bloody murder weapon worked it'd have this easily, but as is Pitbull can take hold of it and do what it likes. Combatwombat555 (talk) 19:19, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  7. For those that are going to back BMW Sauber-Ferrari, please show a video of the robot with its spinner working. Then I might switch sides. For now, Pitbull to grab its opponent's static weapon, push it around a bit, before ultimately pitting it. SpaceManiac888 (Talk) 19:24, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  8. I really like Bloody Murder Weapon and would love to back it against Pitbull, but I don't have a reasonable excuse. TOAST 19:37, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  9. Nothing really to add. Should be simple enough for Pitbull to control the pace of the fight if it can get a good bite on the weapon frame. SFCJack (talk) 19:45, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  10. Pitbull will grab BMW and pit it. Adster1005 (talk) 21:32, October 12, 2019 (UTC)

Expulsion (10) vs Psychosprout

Expulsion (10) Psychosprout
Expulsion and Detention
Psychosproutgauntlet
Votes for Expulsion (10)
  1. Whilst I comment Jim's vote, you have to remember that the moment...the absolute moment...Psychosprout got hit by anything, even something as minor as a ram, it was unable to move again under its own power. Considering it is considerably lighter than Expulsion, just running up its opponent's front will cause it to die. Also, isn't Psychosprout made of papier-mache or something like that? CrashBash (talk) 16:23, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Whilst Jim's vote is very plausible, after rewatching Psychosprout's gauntlet run, it hit some obstacles and then just stopped. The spinner of Expulsion can do the damage needed upon first impact, which should stop Psychosprout and then Expulsion will fall or push Psychosprout in the pit and then go in. Regardless, Expulsion will win, as Psychosprout will be immobilised first. Adster1005 (talk) 17:04, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  3. I think it should be Detention for Jimlaad for poor images again. Alas Expulsion was crap but at least it could move effectively and plus it has a weapon...to destroy Psychosprout who was an RC monstertruck in a paper mache ball.Diotoir the son of nemesis (talk) 17:30, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
There wasn't a better photo of Detention to go with Expulsion. Jimlaad43(talk) 17:33, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  4. Much as I appreciate Jim for giving what is the most outlandish vote of the Arena Forums of all time, I can't see it. Expulsion is bound to get beaten if it blatantly faceplants into the floor, but Psychosprout has the exact same problem in that any hard knock will completely jostle the RC car inside and disable Psychosprout. Add to that that Psychosprout is made out of papier-mache, and Psychosprout will disintegrate the moment Expulsion's weapon goes near the sphere. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 17:32, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  5. I'd love to back Jimlaad's vote up, but I just can't back Psychosprout's armour against a reboot spinner. Hogwild94 (talk) 18:43, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  6. On the bright side, Jimlaad's vote means that Psychosprout deserved a place in Ragnabot 3 proper. Alas, I cannot back him here, since Detention just slamming into its opponent will be enough for the knockout. SpaceManiac888 (Talk) 19:24, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  7. Expulsion may not have been the most stable robot in the world and it had an unfortunate tendency to land on its face, but it didn't fall over for no reason- knocked over by Coyote, flipped by the Floor Flipper, launched by Magnetar and flipped by Matilda, but never through just its own driving about. Expulsion can absolutely mangle the fibreglass shell, and given that Psychosprout just stopped when it got nudged in its Trial that should be enough to kill it. Combatwombat555 (talk) 19:24, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  8. This doesn't even deserve a second of thought. The floor flipper is disabled in Ragnabot 3 so Expulsion has no means of being overturned. Psychosprout to get the Vanquish/HUGE treatment. TOAST 19:36, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  9. Let's not be silly. SFCJack (talk) 19:44, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  10. Agreed with this side. NJGW (talk) 12:12, October 13, 2019 (UTC)
Votes for Psychosprout
  1. Here we go. The vote I have been wanting to write for months. The most ridiculous, unbelievable and against the odds vote I have done in the arena forums so far, but boy do I mean it. Psychosprout has this against the reboot spinner. Expulsion falls over on its own for no apparent reason in every battle. It just does. I watched it manage to get itself turned over against a dead Push to Exit, this robot kills itself. I can see it getting maybe one or two hits on Psychosprout with the weapon before an optimistically tight turn causes it to fall over. The driving wasn't too great as if you knew your robot had a penchant to fall over, you wouldn't take such fast and tight turns. "But wait, you said Psychosprout would be hit". Yes I did. The papier mache will not stand up well to the disc, however, the truck inside will not be hit as it's too low for the disc. Even if a massive hole is carved out, the truck could fall out and it'll still work. Detention might be left to fight on its own once Expulsion falls over, but even if it wins, the main robot is immobilised, so it goes out. Psychosprout to beat this reboot spinner. Jimlaad43(talk) 16:14, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
Winner: Expulsion (10) (10-1)

6 Million Dollar Mouse vs Araknia

6 Million Dollar Mouse
Araknia
Votes for 6 Million Dollar Mouse
  1. Two robots with similarly sized and mounted weapons here. When the weapons hit their opponent, USD6M Mouse is going to be the one which causes more damage, as Araknia's carbon fibre and fibreglass won't survive many hits. Jimlaad43(talk) 16:14, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Whilst it's hard to say how deadly the Mouse's blade was, fairly sure it can break cardboard. CrashBash (talk) 16:24, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  3. Araknia won't last long, 6 Million Dollar Mouse will do enough damage and be more aggressive to take the win. Adster1005 (talk) 17:05, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  4. Araknia will be sliced to pieces in the most literal of senses. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 17:26, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  5. Jim...you don't have glasses right? That image is cropped and extremely poor quality compared to the pits image, this makes absolute no sense. Anyways, 6MdM may have a poor blade but at least it could survived and deal more "damage" :P Diotoir the son of nemesis (talk) 17:35, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
This whole image drama is getting annoying, tbh. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 18:04, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
It is. I did warn you and this the first unwarranted image complaint since then, including an insult which was completely unnecessary. Please do not vote in the rest of this heat Diotoir. Jimlaad43(talk) 18:54, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  6. Both robots' spinners will cause damage to the other's armour, Araknia's armour will take more though. Hogwild94 (talk) 18:44, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  7. Similar weapons, but 6 Million Dollar Mouse outlasted fragile opponents like Sobek before. Araknia probably will not survive the hits. SpaceManiac888 (Talk) 19:24, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  8. $6,000,000 Mouse's weapon actually caused some damage, and should be able to rip up Araknia's 'armour' nicely. Combatwombat555 (talk) 19:26, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  9. Both spinners are about as atrong as each other, but 6 Million Dollar Mouse has more solid fundamentals in the other departments. TOAST 19:39, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  10. 6MDM is essentially Araknia if Araknia wasn't bottom tier. There's no way it doesn't take this fight unless it is to break down. But that logic can be applied to support anyone beating anyone, so I'm not going there. SFCJack (talk) 19:49, October 12, 2019 (UTC)

Diotoir (5) vs Thor's Hammer

Diotoir (5) Thor's Hammer
Diotoir s5
Thorshammer RWEWS2
Votes for Diotoir (5)
  1. Thor's Hammer is so small and light, Diotoir should be able to push it around without breaking into a sweat/bursting into flames. One simple overflip or pitting later... Jimlaad43(talk) 16:14, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  2. I now want to see Diotoir 2 fight 6 Million Dollar Mouse. CrashBash (talk) 16:25, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  3. Diotoir will overturn Thor's Hammer, or pit it. Adster1005 (talk) 17:07, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  4. A good flip followed by a pitting is on the cards. I'm assuming Thor's Hammer can self-right at least, so I'm not ready to call a one-flip-and-done, but this mismatch will leave Diotoir as the superior one. Imagine if another Diotoir made it into the QQF's... --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 17:15, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  5. Yeah flip and done.Diotoir the son of nemesis (talk) 17:35, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  6. Revival Thor, or maybe even original series Thor, then Diotoir would be toast(ed), but not its American cousin. Hogwild94 (talk) 18:45, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  7. Thor's Hammer has nowhere near enough power in the weapon to trouble Diotoir. Repeated flips (if necessary) on the middleweight machine should see Diotoir through comfortably. Combatwombat555 (talk) 19:29, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  8. I really appreciate the sentiment in voting fot Thor's Hammer, but we simply can't take axe power for granted. Even in 2019, we still see the likes of Extinguisher and Ultimo Destructo turning up with useless axes. Without seeing Thor's Hammer swing, I can't assumenany power from it, especially on such a light machine. TOAST 19:42, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  9. As much as Diotoir was labelled a comedy entrant, it wasn't a low tier bot. Unlikely to a measly middleweight in Thor's Hammer, if you ask me. SFCJack (talk) 19:53, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  10. An upscaled Thor's Hammer maybe. But I didn't see the Middleweight's capabilities before it was KO'd so I won't be able to stretch my mind much further. NJGW (talk) 12:14, October 13, 2019 (UTC)
Votes for Thor's Hammer
  1. You know what, I will back the upset here. OK, so Diotoir did seemingly dominate better overhead machines like The Steel Avenger, right? Well, upon re-watching that battle, while its flips were impressive, I happen to note that The Steel Avenger really was not targeting Diotoir for the most part. Rather, it was trying to assist Suicidal Tendencies against Pussycat, and when it was attacking Diotoir directly, the furball had a bit of trouble coping with the slams. Now, Thor's Hammer's main weakness here is its lightweight. But, it can be said that not only is Thor Hammer's more agile and with a better shape to attack its opponent than The Steel Avenger, but also with only one opponent to strike, it should have an easier time than Steely did. Diotoir is a good robot, granted. However, its slow speed, plus the fact that its bucket scoop was slow to reload (and sometimes jammed) will leave it somewhat vulnerable. I have also never really trusted Diotoir to survived pounding from overhead weapons, and chances are the weak armour and weapons are going to suffer here. Thor's Hammer I trust to self-right to, so as long as it can exploit its opponent's flanks and prevent it from using its lifter effectively, I see it pulling off the upset, winning via a judges' decision. 1. Hoot to charge in blindly and die braver than most as Vader chops it up into tiny pieces. Jimlaad43(talk) 16:14, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Hoot is potentially one of the worst robots, loanerbot or otherwise, to ever exist. Let me put it this way...there was a reason why, when I did Audited Nickelodeon, I had The Piecemaker compete and not Hoot, despite the weight disadvantage otherwise. WYSIWYG vs Backstabber

WYSIWYG Backstabber
WYSIWYG
Backstabber
Votes for WYSIWYG
  1. Forgive me for going with the weird route, but at least WYSIWIG was able to move freely across the arena despite being an eighth the weight of its opponent. Backstabber, meanwhile, moved for about 5 seconds and died without any pressure whatsoever, which is extremely worrying. WYSIWIG will win after it just rams and bounces off of Backstabber until the tall 'bot eventually dies for no reason. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 17:25, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Y'know I kinda agree. WYSIWYG was able to whizz around the heavier Steel at Work and smashed into it before that died and Backstabber, unless it can somehow slide underneath and tip WYSIWYG over, has nothing...even then looking at the Steel at Work battle, it didn't slip up easily and had very low ground clearance so yeah. Not to mention the exposed wheels that can be damaged by the sharp wedge...yeah.Diotoir the son of nemesis (talk) 17:42, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  3. WYSIWYG was the best of the three stockbots, I think it might just be able to get underneath and topple Backstabber over. Hogwild94 (talk) 18:48, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  4. You know, I actually agree with Hogwild regarding WYSIWYG being the best of the trio. It was quick, had a very low ground clearance for the time, and I honestly feel that it could have made the heat final if it had been allowed to. Backstabber, despite having a decent anti-Razer shape, was unimpressive to say the least, seemingly dying under mild pressure and with an axe that can be easily dodged by most opponents. Not sure whether WYSIWYG will topple its opponent, but it can still wedge underneath and push somewhat. This will be the mild pressure needed to secure a knockout. SpaceManiac888 (Talk) 19:16, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  5. As usual, I'll back the robot over the one which had a very soft breakdown. NJGW (talk) 12:16, October 13, 2019 (UTC)
  6. What you see is WYSIWYG running rings around Backstabber, pushing it into the House Robots and other hazards, and what you get is Backstabber eventually being pitted. Adster1005 (talk) 12:37, October 13, 2019 (UTC)
Votes for Backstabber
  1. Backstabber's axe will do nothing here, but I just can't see the 10kg of WYSIWYG being able to do enough to Backstabber. It has the wedge advantage but that's it. Backstabber can shove the stock robot into something dangerous. Jimlaad43(talk) 16:14, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  2. I'm imagining WYSIWYG getting axed by Shunt and then getting stuck on said axe for the rest of the fight. Think Banshee's head but the whole thing, and it's not coming off. CrashBash (talk) 16:27, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  3. Backstabber 7.5x the weight here, and shouldn't really be falling to the 10kg WYSIWYG. Let's not forget Backstabber's only cameo was future 1WC winner Razer. Can't see the axe doing much, but I feel there's every chance WYSIWYG can run up those steep sloped sides of Backstabber. Providing they can stay alive, it's their fight to lose for me. SFCJack (talk) 20:07, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
  4. Backstabber's wedge was quite low for Series 3, so as long as it doesn't break down again, it should escape this one. Concerning that I considered voting for a 10kg featherweight though, and I kinda hope more people do. Will WYSIWYG collect a vote against Expulsion? TOAST 20:37, October 12, 2019 (UTC)

  6. I think The Tartan Terror can just about get a win here, considering both machines were super unreliable but the barrel machine is the heavier. But I need to ask this: I thought we were meant to be replacing Extreme 2 Gi-Ant-O with either Dutch Scarab or Piece De Resistance? If not, who are the two robots that are going to be replaced? SpaceManiac888 (Talk) 19:03, October 12, 2019 (UTC)
We decided against it when it was pointed out that the Spartacus I nominated was actually the lighter weight on (can't remember which). As I still can't find a second robot to remove, I gave up. 1. Manta didn't get much damage against General Chompsalot, and Glitterbomb is armoured in Raex. It takes a lot for me to vote preboot spinners against reboot armour, and Manta's little spinner isn't going to do it. Manta is meanwhile a big flat surface which Glitterbomb can hit with its 1.2 tonne hammer for key aggression points. I won't give Manta the benefit of the doubt with the pit because we haven't agreed on a system about the doom dial. Glitterbomb to win a judges decision. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 08:05, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
Yeah we have, the pit release button only opens the pit. Rogue House Robot and Fog of War are too random and non-tactical that they aren't being used. Press the button and the pit opens. Jimlaad43(talk) 08:18, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Glitterbomb and Edge Hog in the same heat, huh? Could be interesting. Anyhow, I back Glitterbomb here, because its low ground clearance and armour will nullify Manta's most impressive attributes. With such a high ground clearance, I feel that Manta will generally become beached on Glitterbomb's wedge, allowing the pink machine the chance to not only axe the top of its opponent, but also push it around into hazards like the CPZ. I doubt Manta's spinner will cause much damage in return, and attempts to push will just result in Manta, with its high ground clearance, getting stuck on its opponent. Glitterbomb to win the judges' decision. SpaceManiac888 (Talk) 08:24, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  3. Up against laser-cut Raex, Manta's blade is unlikely to deal Tauron-levels of damage to Glitterbomb's hull. It can push the neon-pink machine around, but Glitterbomb has an effective wedge for getting underneath and pushing it back in return. Plus, it has an axe which is more than capable of emphasising aggression should both machines survive to the Judges. Given that Manta struggled against robots with wedges, lifters or equal drive muscle, I think it's going to struggle here. VulcansHowl 09:56, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
Votes for Manta
  1. Manta will be the more aggressive of the two robots, and should push Glitterbomb from the side all over the arena, nipping away with the saw. Some bent panels will be counteracted by Glitterbomb's axe damaging the top of Manta in lucky hits, but these won't be enough to stop Manta and won't be frequent enough to score enough points when it goes to the judges. Jimlaad43(talk) 07:56, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Glitterbomb will be disposed of by Manta without much fuss. Don't think Glitterbomb can outmuscle Manta easily, so eventually Manta will win through a swift pitting. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 08:02, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  3. Obviously Manta won't cause any damage to Glitterbomb, but I question whether Glitterbomb, with the axe head the shape it is, will cause any damage to Manta. This also assumes it can even land a decent hit...Manta certainly wasn't afraid to charge at opponents head on, but at the same time, it was still tactical with how it charged. Really, I think the bigger issue is Manta running out of battery power....but I think it'll have Glitterbomb in the pit before then. CrashBash (talk) 10:22, October 14, 2019 (UTC)

  1. Ming 2 will flip The Mule over quite quickly, before it gets a chance to randomly break down. Jimlaad43(talk) 07:56, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Ming 2 adds to the one-flip-and-done count by bucking The Mule over and out of the competition. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 08:04, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  3. The Mule to be tamed. I wonder how Roger Plant would feel if the modern House Robots went to town on his machines... VulcansHowl 09:56, October 14, 2019 (UTC)

  1. Two pretty terrible robots face of here, and it's tough to choose a winner. I'm going to side with Sawpoint because its spinners might cause some visible damage to the sides of Monad, but I don't see much more than that happening in what would be a pretty dull battle. Jimlaad43(talk) 07:56, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Because at least Saw Point 2 didn't fall to pieces the moment it started fighting. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 08:05, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  3. There is a difference between being deliberately terrible and accidentally terrible. This is what makes Sawpoint 2 (and A-Kill for that matter) such an underappreciated gem. CrashBash (talk) 10:24, October 14, 2019 (UTC)

  2. The glass cannon cometh. 259's flywheel will tear into Crocodilotron and end the fight with a one-flip-and-done, though I see 259 doing a lot more damage after Croco is tipped over. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 08:06, October 14, 2019 (UTC)

  1. Here comes the defending champion. Can anyone stop Carbide romping to a second Ragnabot title? I know for sure that Infernal Contraption isn't going to be the one to stop it. Jimlaad43(talk) 07:56, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  2. This draw must be some sort of cathartic joke after Infernal Contraption made it to the QF's. Carbide has basically rolled up to a heat with very few strong 'bots and will demolish everything it touches. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 08:01, October 14, 2019 (UTC)

Mobot vs T-Bone

Mobot T-Bone
Mobot
T-Bone white
Votes for Mobot Votes for T-Bone
  1. T-Bone's spinner looks like the more potent of the two and is more likely to connect with something crucial on Mobot. It should get the front or side armour to start caving in, scoring nice points in the process. Jimlaad43(talk) 07:56, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Mobot's spinner looks to have very little reach which could give it a lot of problems when on the offensive. T-Bone's weapon isn't the best, but it should give it the edge on the judges'. --TheyCallMeDoot (*doot doot*) 08:16, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  3. Logic dictates that Mowbot could use its undercutter to slash T-Bone's tyres and earn itself an easy victory. However, considering how ponderous it was in its melee, and how it only took one slam from Mighty Mouse to disable the weapon entirely, I'm not convinced that it can make use of its much larger, more interesting and arguably more forward-thinking arsenal. T-Bone to carve up the Mobot as long as the disc keeps working. VulcansHowl 09:56, October 14, 2019 (UTC)

Votes for Dee
  1. Backing the surprise here. Yes, Dee has massively exposed wheels, but as an axlebot it still packed a decent punch. Indeed, it caused some notable external damage to Robo Savage, which was ultimately enough to win the judges' decision (in spite of a punctured tyre!). 3 Stegs to Heaven has an OK disc, but I cannot trust it to survive a really good hit from its opponent, which I feel is likely to occur early on in this battle. I think this will go similar to how Stinger knocked out Thermidor 2 back in Series 6. SpaceManiac888 (Talk) 08:20, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  2. 3 Steg's disc could cause problems for Dee's exposed tyres, but it isn't exactly Kadeena caliber, is it? Punctures didn't stop Dee from swinging and slamming the sides of Soldier Ant and Robo Savage, and chances are its attacks might end up triggering 3 Steg's own drive issues. Under the reboot judging criteria, 3 Stegs is set to be doomed once again. VulcansHowl 09:56, October 14, 2019 (UTC)

Edge Hog vs Mechadroid

  1. Edge Hog can get its thin axe into crucial parts on top of Mechadroid, either denting armour, or leaving the axe in to drag Mechadroid around the arena and get it to a danger like the House Robots or the pit. Jimlaad43(talk) 07:56, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
  2. Mechadroid has plenty of places where Edge Hog can pepper-pot and latch on for dragging and pushing into hazards. Not much else I can say for this one. VulcansHowl 09:56, October 14, 2019 (UTC)
