- 1st: Kater Killer, 2nd: Knightmare, 3rd: Inverterbrat. This will go to the judges. Kater Killer can self-right if flipped and all can drive upside-down, so it's a case of which robot will do the most? Inverterbrat hasn't got ground clearance on its side, so I can see Knightmare sliding under it a lot and at least trying to flip it over. Kater Killer does have the reach with its flipper to get Inverterbrat over, and I can see it pushing Knightmare from the side quite effectively too. A close judges' decision between the top two to go in Kater Killer's favour. Jimlaad43(talk) 19:17, April 8, 2020 (UTC)
- 1st: Knightmare, 2nd: Inverterbrat, 3rd: Kater Killer. Pretty interesting one here. Now, apparently Kater Killer could self-right, but from what we saw in its only battle, the lifting arm was fairly prone to being jammed. Knightmare and Inverterbrat obviously are not going to cause the same damage Gemini and Tornado did, but frankly if the lifter after just a few attacks, surely it will let down Kater Killer if it is flipped by Knightmare once or twice. Not to mention, I am not sure it can right itself if side-stranded. Between the two remaining opponents, Knightmare has the better ground clearance and can easily push Inverterbrat around for the Judges' decision victory. - 1st: Knightmare Knightmare should be able to survive the longest and provide the best attacks. 2nd: Inverterbrat Main competition aside, it has the perfect lifters and I was close to choosing it as first but it has the downside of a high ground clearance. 3rd: Kater Killer Painfully slow and easily pushed about, something Knightmare can do easily, it also can't self right as we saw in the competition (despite the claims) plus it looks easy to damage so...yeah.Diotoir the son of nemesis (talk) 19:25, April 8, 2020 (UTC)
- Inverterbrat 3rd as its ground clearance is just too big against two respectable flippers/pushers. Kater Killer 2nd as I can't see if flipping Knightmare with its narrow flipper, or getting side on to get an onto its side toppling. Knightmare 1st as I can at least see it getting underneath and pushing Kater Killer even if nothing really comes of it. Hogwild94 (talk) 19:28, April 8, 2020 (UTC)
- Knightmare 1st, Inverterbrat second and Kater Killer third. This is a battle the tracked robot simply can't win. Knightmare could probably get underneath and shove it onto its side, where it stands no hope of getting back up - plus I think getting knocked over will kill it anyway. As for Inverterbrat, supposedly the two robots had a really close fight in their qualifier and whatever they did was enough to get both of them through, so I expect to see similar. But given how easily Knightmare was able to boss Spawn of Scutter when it could get around the sides, I expect it to do the same to the seemingly higher Inverterbrat. It doesn't help Inverterbrat that it has a far, far narrower front attack range. CrashBash (talk) 19:29, April 8, 2020 (UTC)
- 1st: Knightmare, 2nd: Kater Killer, 3rd: Inverterbrat - Inverterbrat I see Inverterbrat being flipped repeatedly until it's left on a side wall, and soon after, I see Kater Killer being flipped on to it's side. Adster1005 19:38, April 8, 2020 (UTC)
- 1st: Knightmare, 2nd: Inverterbrat, 3rd: Kater Killer - Kater Killer does seem pretty vulnerable to being side-stranded, which Knightmare seems pretty well equipped to do. I don't think Knightmare or Inverterbrat can finish off the other without a malfunction, but Knightmare's wedge and Inverterbrat's high ground clearance, plus the credit for immobilising Kater Killer, should give Knightmare the edge. - 1st. Knightmare, 2nd. Kater Killer, 3rd. Inverterbrat. Knightmare will be ineffective at flipping anything, but has good potential for decent drives and slight raises of a robot into danger areas. I can see Invertbrat struggling for space in a fight which was will so gritty and in close. Kater Killer will also get some points from drives of decent length. NJGW (talk) 08:21, April 9, 2020 (UTC)
- 1st. Kater Killer, 2nd. Knightmare, 3rd. Inverterbrat. Provided it doesn't break down (fair enough when you're being mucked about by Gemini and Tornado), then I think Kater Killer has the best arsenal here. Reasonable drive system, a functional lifting arm, it's overall a much more practical machine than the others. Both Knightmare and Inverterbrat are very fortunate to have Heat Finals to their name, and Kater Killer probably deserved one more. TOAST 10:33, April 9, 2020 (UTC)
