GyroChopper was a competitor robot which was being designed by a group of students from the University of Salford[1] for Series 5 of Robot Wars. The team eventually abandoned the build due to being busy with other projects. It is unknown if GyroChopper was ever constructed, though in any case it would never appear in any televised series.

Not much is known about GyroChopper's design, other than it was to be armed with a spinner powered by a petrol engine.[2]
