"Zorten Industries have been planning a tournament with a deadly twist - lose, and they may launch a nuclear missile towards Europe - win, and the missile can be diverted. Only the best can compete in this epic struggle..."
— In-game description

Mount Kilimanjaro is a dormant volcano in Tanzania, Africa and is the highest peak in Africa. It is the setting for a playable arena in the video game Robot Wars: Arenas of Destruction, which is hidden until the player has won the World Championship.

Appearance and HazardsEdit

Kilimanjaro Missile

The top of the rocket.

The arena is octagonal, with a raised platform around the side, and small alcoves in the walls for CPZs. It lacks a wide variety of hazards, but in the centre of the arena is a lowered blast pit, above which a massive Nuclear Missile is mounted- this will periodically blast flames into the pit below from its exhaust, and launch a continuous stream of fire starting at approximately twenty seconds before the battle time runs out.

The house robots for this arena are Sir Killalot, Sergeant Bash, Dead Metal and Shunt.
