Mr Emoji is a heavyweight robot which was intended to be completed for Series 10 of Robot Wars. However it was not chosen by the producers to participate in the series.
The robot was built by ACE Robotics, who had previously entered Series 9 with HIGH-5.
Design[]
Mr Emoji is a two-wheel driven robot, box wedge-shaped in design, and is armed with an axe, a lifter and a small front-mounted spinning disc.
The robot is painted silver, grey and red, with metal tubing protecting the wheels from the sides and rear; above the disc, it features an interchangeable 'emoji' icon on the front wedge in keeping with its theme, with the team planning to substitute their choice of emoji for each battle.
