Neoteric was a featherweight walkerbot that was entered into Robot Wars Extreme: Series 2 by Team Roaming Robots. For Series 7, Neoteric was replaced with another featherweight called Rip, a miniature version of the team's heavyweight entry, Ripper.

Neoteric in the arena
Neoteric was a green and yellow wedged-shaped robot with a large cutting disc on the back. Being a walkerbot, it had double the weight allowance and was therefore much larger than the other Featherweight robots. The disc was capable of causing major damage to other featherweights, but Neoteric's own armour was thin.

Neoteric faced AM CVn, Argh!, Bernard, Eddy Evolution, Gi-Ant-O and Katnip in its melee.
Neoteric almost pushes Argh! into the descending pit
Neoteric takes damage to the side from Argh!
Neoteric missed an attack on Gi-Ant-O early on in the fight, before ramming into Argh! from the side, and almost pitting the eventual champion. It was then rammed by Bernard, but Neoteric turned and flipped Bernard up slightly with its disc. Neoteric then immobilised first AM CVn, then Gi-Ant-O with a few blows from its flywheel, but took damage to its right side from Argh! shortly afterwards.
Argh! attacks Neoteric again
After sustaining damage to its rear from Argh!'s vertical spinner, Neoteric absorbed a powerful slam from Bernard, and this combined attack severely limited Neoteric's mobility for the rest of the battle.

As its spinner slowed to a halt, Neoteric was attacked by Katnip and Sgt. Bash, the House Robot shoving Neoteric into the path of Bernard. Despite this, Neoteric was still seen to be hobbling very slowly near the end of the fight, its spinner moving very slowly and its right hand panel hanging on by a thread after the flaying from Argh!, but it wasn't enough mobility to prevent cease being called.

After its appearance on Robot Wars, Neoteric was retired. Its vertical blade was then removed and equipped horizontally to a newer featherweight robot called Stripper.
