Main Event[]
The third and final Main Event was the Ultimate Mayhem, a melee between winners of the regular Mayhem battles held throughout the series. Unlike previous Main Events, the battle draw was not revealed at the start of the episode, with the last entrant being determined by the opening Mayhem clash.
Battles[]
Mayhem: DiskoTek vs Rigby vs The Revolutionist[]
- "And we're gonna shred some robot!"
- — Nick Nave, at the end of The Revolutionist's introduction

The damage inflicted by The Revolutionist to Rigby
Immediately, The Revolutionist landed a glancing blow to DiskoTek's side, though the Team RobotDojo machine appeared unharmed and proceeded to push Rigby across the arena. DiskoTek next rammed a spinning Revolutionist, but lost one of its rear spikes and became immobilized on impact. DiskoTek was thus counted out and eliminated, before The Revolutionist immobilized Rigby as well in a series of damaging attacks.

Rigby lands a late axe blow on DiskoTek, moments after the pair are subjected to the Drop Zone
Sir K placed DiskoTek onto the Floor Flipper, though the hard landing inadvertently caused DiskoTek to regain mobility. The Revolutionist absorbed another ram from DiskoTek, while damaging its right wheelguard, just as Sir K closed in to drag the latter away. Once Rigby was counted out, Sir K placed both of the defeated competitors onto the Drop Zone, where an assortment of sports balls were dropped onto them. Rigby landed one last axe blow through DiskoTek's top panel before 'Cease' was called, splitting a bowling ball in the process.
During post-battle interviews, a 'bad connection' was specified by Erik Domholt as the cause of DiskoTek losing mobility. Meanwhile, Team Basenji's Andrew Carioti remarked that Rigby's axe was the only part that 'didn't break', when Dave Aizer mentioned the weapon being used while it was being dispatched by Sir K.
Winner: The Revolutionist
Vengeance: Xylon vs Joker[]

- Vivianne Collins: "So, Jason, what's this I hear about a challenge?"
- Jason Moore: "We've got a challenge for all the other robots there. Xylon's lost to a spinner before, so I'm laying down a challenge to all the other spinners out there. We'll take you on."
- Vivianne Collins: "Okay, spinners - you heard it from Jason! Who's gonna take his challenge?"
- — Jason Moore lays down the gauntlet for Xylon's Vengeance challenge
Following its previous loss to Propeller-Head in their Episode 3 Mayhem clash, Xylon's Jason Moore issued an open challenge against other spinner-wielding robots in attendance. The challenge was quickly accepted by Sylvan Lake Robot Warriors and Joker.

Xylon tries to push Joker against an angle grinder
Xylon, following a tentative start, attempted to push Joker into an angle grinder, only to reverse into Shunt's CPZ and be turned over onto its side by the House Robot. Taking axe blows as a result, it darted away and brushed the Pit trigger once being lowered back down, ramming Joker multiple times until the latter's power link was dislodged again, and became immobilized.
- "And Joker looks like they're havin' a bit of motor problems! Yeah, could be a burnout or somethin' as Refbot counts him out. Well, it was a short and sweet battle, it looks like, with Xylon dominating in the end. Joker had a great start... but he who laughs last... you know the rest!"
- — Stefan Frank observes Joker's elimination

Joker is pelted by rotor scrap
Shunt and Sir K attacked the immobile Joker, which was flipped upside down by the Floor Flipper in an untelevised moment before being placed by the former onto the Drop Zone. 'Old rotor junk' was promptly dropped onto Joker, which was then axed and pushed onto the Floor Flipper again by Shunt. To the apparent frustration and dismay of Sylvan Lake Robot Warriors, their machine was flung back onto its wheels, then pushed down the open Pit of Oblivion.
Winner: Xylon
Challenge Belt: Tut Tut vs Probophobia[]
- Vivianne Collins: "Alright Jeana, you've got Probophobia, but you're going up against Tut Tut. She's had the belt for two battles. What do you think you can do?"
- Jeana Banks: "I think I'm gonna try to flip her, and I hope I do."
- Vivianne Collins: "Yeah? Any particular angle you're going to go after?"
- Jeana Banks: "No, all angles are the same, so..."
- Vivianne Collins: "Yeah, because it's a pyramid, that's why!"
- — Probophobia's Jeana Banks outlines her tactics
Rising up to Tut Tut's second Challenge Belt defense, Probophobia's Jeana Banks aimed to turn Nancy Rodriquez's machine over, while noting the symmetry in its bodyshell design. Rodriquez, in response, confidently told Vivianne Collins that Probophobia 'can't take it', while mentioning her strategy to repeatedly axe the US Championship runner-up.

Probophobia pushes Tut Tut into the wall

Probophobia smokes following an axe attack from Tut Tut
During a tentative start, Tut Tut landed two axe blows on the top of Probophobia, which was initially struggling to drive and use its forks effectively. Probophobia eventually pushed and dragged Tut Tut to and from the bottom side wall, but began smoking once the latter axed and shoved it around in circles. Both competitors became stuck together, until Tut Tut retracted its axe and pressed the Pit trigger - with Probophobia immobilized opposite the descending hazard.

Tut Tut forces Probophobia into Sir K; note the lifter holding onto the axe
Probophobia began levering itself end-over-end using its forks, which, as a result of a mid-series rule change, allowed it to continue fighting.[1] Tut Tut kept pounding, pushing and dragging it regardless, getting its axe stuck beneath Probophobia's lifter in the process. 'Cease' was called with both robots stuck together - despite attacks from both Shunt and Sir K - and the battle going to a Judges' decision. The decision ruled that Tut Tut remained the Challenge Belt champion, concluding its 'undefeated' run in the event.
Winner: Tut Tut
Ultimate Mayhem: Vert-I-Go vs Propeller-Head vs The Revolutionist[]
- Main article: Nickelodeon Robot Wars/Mayhem#Ultimate Mayhem
- "The Ultimate Mayhem has arrived! Three previous Mayhem winners - The Revolutionist, Propeller-Head and Vert-I-Go - are entering the arena right now. Let's get ready to rumble!"
- — Dave Aizer announces the start of the Ultimate Mayhem
Prior to the battle, yellow ropes were attached to the top of The Revolutionist, in a bid to entangle the rival spinning blade of Propeller-Head. This marked the second time in this episode where The Revolutionist faced a robot operated by Team Robot Dojo, the melee also serving as an unofficial rematch of its duel against Propeller-Head in Extreme Warriors: Season 2.

The Revolutionist immobilizes itself upon hitting Refbot
The two spinners immediately sized each other up, though neither was willing to use their weapons until The Revolutionist rammed Propeller-Head. Propeller-Head spun its blade up first, prompting The Revolutionist to also spin up in an attempt to bring its ropes into play. However, in doing so, it accidentally crashed into the side of Refbot, becoming immobilized in a disastrous turn for Team LOGICOM. Brian Nave later assessed this to be caused by the robot's removable link becoming dislodged.
- "Nice bit of lighting inside Vert-I-Go. I don't know if it's gonna do any, uh, damage, but - hoh - it's gotten damaged, that's for sure! The Revolutionist is sitting STILL! Something has happened! I don't know if there was any contact from the Propeller-Head or not, but Propeller-Head is definitely in full swing..."
- — Stefan Frank, as Propeller-Head attacks and immobilizes Vert-I-Go

Propeller-Head tears into Vert-I-Go
At the same time, Vert-I-Go charged at and began receiving damaging hits from Propeller-Head. These impacts were eventually enough to immobilize the former as well, though Refbot initially focused on counting The Revolutionist out. Propeller-Head, not content with this, ripped entire plexiglass armor panels from the back and left side of Vert-I-Go, in a series of further attacks on Team In-Theory's loanerbot.
- "And look at Vert-I-Go, completely dismantled! And Propeller-Head just wants a little bit more, taking off that plexiglass like its butter!"
- — Stefan Frank as Propeller-Head deals more damage to Vert-I-Go

The Revolutionist and Vert-I-Go are pitted
The Revolutionist - having been picked up by Sir K and turned over - was catapulted by the Floor Flipper, while Refbot finally counted Vert-I-Go out. Sgt. Bash pressed the Pit trigger and pushed The Revolutionist towards the hazard. Sir K grabbed, carried and briefly dangled the now-inverted Vert-I-Go over the chasm, nudging it down once Sgt. Bash backed The Revolutionist in.
- "And it's a nice burial, you gotta say. Which means that Propeller-Head is the Nickelodeon Robot Wars Ultimate Mayhem Champions! Took the Main Event in style!"
- — Stefan Frank
Alongside The Revolutionist's link, timing and visibility issues were addressed by Will Tatman in Dave Aizer's post-battle interviews, caused by the glare inside Vert-I-Go's control pod. While speaking to Jacob Holland and Team Robot Dojo, Aizer took out and wore the 'Propeller-Head' cap presented to him following Propeller-Head's original Mayhem victory. This was part of an exchange where Aizer asked them whether he now became 'part' of the team, moments before Vivianne Collins presented Team Robot Dojo with the Mayhem trophy.
Winner: Propeller-Head
