Pain Mower was a lightweight competitor that fought exclusively in the the 1994 US Robot Wars competition. Pain Mower did well, winning two matches before losing to eventual lightweight champion Julie-Bot. Pain Mower would later be succeeded by Los Gringos Loco in the 1995 competition.

Design

Pain Mower was a black round circular shaped robot with a yellow atomic symbol on top. The robot was armed with a lawnmower blade that span overhead. The robot had four wheels.

1994 Championship

Pain Mower first fought TMZ in the lightweight Championship.

Pain Mower smacks into TMZ

Pain Mower remained in its starting position as TMZ slowly approached only to get hit by the overhead spinning bar. Seconds later as TMZ lingered slowly around the arena mousetrap, Pain Mower slammed in again, tearing the back panel. A third attack by Pain Mower before it backed away only for TMZ to slowly follow after it, but it was hit by the arena wrecking ball and was promptly knocked out.

In the second round, Pain Mower battled twice, the first match was against Zomo. The battle did not seem to last long as Zomo and Pain Mower charged into each other with the spinner managing to dent and rip the shiny dome of Zomo off, battering it with the spinning bar.

In the following battle, Pain Mower battled Julie-Bot. Currently no information exists on this battle other than Julie-Bot winning the fight over Pain Mower.

Pain Mower also competed in the extra events, the first being the "Escort" where it was challenged to protect a White Drone and escort it from one side of the arena to the other and avoid House Robot who patrolled the arena and attacked the White Drone or competitor. As soon as the Escort began Pain Mower charged at full force towards House Robot who immediately flipped it over. Despite being flipped over the White Drone managed to slip pass as whilst it lingered dangerously near House Robot it eventually reach the end despite Pain Mower's immobilisation.

Pain Mower also fought in the Lightweight Melee where it faced Andy Roid, Julie-Bot, Bloodletter, Spiny Norman and Zomo. From the start, Pain Mower span up to speed but failed to move, being immobilised from the start. The melee would eventually be won by Bloodletter.
