Nothing about Phobia's design is known at this time. Tectonic Robot Wars does not list any notes on its design which is currently the only known source of the robot.[1]

Phobia was in attendance for The Fourth Wars qualifiers but it is not known who it fought and if it won or lost its battles. Nonetheless, Phobia was never seen on the televised show as it failed to qualify.
