Pyramid of Chaos was a robot which entered Series 1 of Dutch Robot Wars. It lost both of its battles; the first round to Twisted Metal, and the subsequent Losers' Melee to Scraptosaur.

It was a very large pyramid-shaped robot, similar to Tut's Revenge, with a swinging sword for a weapon. It featured a four-wheel actuated drive system, similar to that of Milly-Ann Bug. Its armour was flimsy, but its shape was somewhat effective in deflecting attacks, and the robots internals were housed quite far from the body-shell.

Twisted Metal vs Pyramid of Chaos

Pyramid of Chaos is sliced by Twisted Metal

In its first battle, Pyramid of Chaos met Twisted Metal. The robots met in the centre of the arena, and Pyramid of Chaos was assaulted by Twisted Metal's spinning disc. It brought its sword down ineffectually, and Twisted Metal crumpled its sides, immobilising it. Pyramid of Chaos took more punishment from Twisted Metal's disc, before being placed on the floor flipper and thrown.

In the losers' melee, it was rammed by Scraptosaur several times. Scraptosaur tried to flip it, but Pyramid of Chaos had no base panel, so Scraptosaur couldn't gain purchase. However, Pyramid of Chaos was not moving, so it was counted out. Matilda cut away at its shell before Shunt pushed it over to the flame pit. After allowing it to burn, Shunt stuck Pyramid of Chaos with its axe and tipped it over. It was then flipped by the floor flipped and pushed into the pit.
