Rotating Weapons refer to a variety of small-to-medium sized spinning weapons (or spinners), used to cut, scratch and grind away at opponents.
A vast number of these appeared throughout Robot Wars, especially in the Classic Series. Types ranged from chainsaws, drills and circular saws adapted from industrial tools, to custom-made cutting discs and blades specalised for robot combat.
This subset of rotating weapons should not be confused with heavy rotating weapons, which encompass larger types such as flywheels, drums and full-body spinners.
