Shapeshifter was a robot that entered both series of Dutch Robot Wars. The robot's name was derived from its ever-changing appearance throughout Series 1, which also saw the team change outfits before each match. Shapeshifter lost all three of its battles.

After being counted out, Shapeshifter was picked up by Sir Killalot, whose claws left a yawning gash in its armour. It was thrown by the floor flipper, and the impact of hitting the floor destroyed its top panel.
