The Sir Killalot Minibot was one of several minibots released as merchandise. Unlike the larger toy, the minibot of Sir Killalot does have a pullback motor, rather than a friction motor. It is quite accurate in terms of its colour, shape and general appearance. Though the arm and lance move, the claws are static. The minibot was based on the Fifth Wars edition. He was coated in shiny dark blue acrylic paint. It was one of the first Robot Wars minibots, produced in 1998, and cost around £5.00, nowadays its one of the more expensive minibots. It was packaged with the Chaos 2 and X-Terminator minibus. It was also sold in a 2 pack version with any robot from the first generation.

Sir Killalot is one of the most difficult minibots to find, along with the Razer minibot as there are very few listings on eBay. When the second generation of minibots came out, they were not to scale with the first generation of minibots which included Sir Killalot. This was the first minibot to feature moving weapons. The body was made out of metal but the lance and claws are plastic. In the Australian version of this minibot the packaging was different (less detailed) and was realeased in 2002 not 1998, it was a bit more expensive in Australia. They were mainly only sold in the uk and in the republic of ireland and some parts of australia. There was an exclusive version of the sir killalot minibot, having more information and details on the packaging but was still packaged with the same minibots.
