Soc'em was a blue, super heavyweight robot that competed exclusively in Series 2 of Robot Wars. It fought in the Super Heavyweight Championship, also known as the Super Showdown, but lost its qualifier battle to Demon Duck.
Soc'em was a blue dual-wedged robot whose appearance gave it a resemblance to Series 1 competitor Vector of Armageddon. It was also armed with pairs of long spikes mounted to its sides, presumably to pierce through other robots and prevent them from driving away from the wedge, as well as a head with a red hat on the front wedge.
Soc'em competed exclusively in the Super Heavyweight Championship, fighting Demon Duck and Bottweiler in its first round battle. Only a small portion of this battle was broadcast as part of Jonathan Pearce's rundown of Demon Duck's performance. Soc'em was under pressure straight away from Demon Duck, who bashed it several times as Bottweiler was slow to get into the action. Demon Duck eventually steered Soc'em into the PPZ where its spikes were caught on the side wall. The House Robots came in and started attacking Soc'em, inflicting dents and scars on it, and although Soc'em was eventually freed from the side wall, it had already become immobilised. Bottweiler then joined Soc'em in the PPZ, and was also attacked by Shunt and Dead Metal.Citation? Demon Duck survived to win the battle and progress to the Super Showdown final, despite losing its scoop, sustaining heavy damage and being turned on its side by Sir Killalot.
