The Witch was Team Wizard's entry for Series 3. It was very similar in design to its predecessor wizard, but the spinner had been replaced with a lethal steel spike. The Witch broke down in its first round battle against Invertabrat, but even so, Invertabrat's flipper had no effect.
Robot History
Series 3
The Witch was drawn against Invertabrat in Round one. The two robots almost instantly darted at the other, slamming in the middle of the arena. The Witch again battered into the seemingly tentative Invertabrat. The robots seperated, then bumped into each other again. Invertabrat attempted to push The Witch into Sgt Bash's CPZ, then lifted The Witch up. The Witch inadvertantly ran into the side wall, before reversing into Invertabrat. The pair circled each other for a whilenbefore coming to blows again. Invertabrat rammed The Witch with its front face spinner, pushing it a fair distance. After this attack, The Witch appeared to be static, so Invertabrat tried to flip The Witch repeatedly, but failed each time. The House Robots realised that The Witch was immobile, therefore attacked it. Dead Metal buried his saw blade into The Witch as sparks flew and smoke billowed out of the robot. Sir Killalot then slammed in, as Dead Metal sunk his blade deeper into The Witch. Dead Metal let go as cease was called, leaving a huge scar on The Witch.
