Tiger Shark was a robot that failed to qualify for Series 3 and 5. It was a box-wedge shaped robot armed with a flipper and painted like a tiger.

The robot was named after a genuine breed of shark, the Galeocerdo cuvier, commonly known as the tiger shark, which is named for its dark stripes. The team took this idea further by literally making the robot resemble a cross between a tiger and a shark.

It had previously entered the Super Heavyweight Championship in Series 3 as Sharky, but the event was cancelled. Sharkey was converted to a heavyweight for Series 4, but failed to qualify, despite beating Warhog at the qualifiers. Warhog qualified despite this loss.[1]

At the Series 5 qualifiers, Tiger Shark was drawn against Atomic II. Tiger Shark was completely outclassed, being flipped over repeatedly, before being flipped out of the arena. Tiger Shark consequently failed to qualify.[2]

The team also entered Series 2 with a robot called Scorpion (Not to be confused with the heavyweight robot), which lost its only battle. The team later failed to qualify for Series 7 with Termigator.
