Trazmaniac was a roughly box shaped, invertible robot armed with a spinning drum and rear mounted drill. Its weaponry was reasonably able to cause damage, but it relied more on its pushing power and speed in the two battles it took part in. This robot competed in Heat B of Dutch Robot Wars: Series 2. Here, it managed a convincing win over Tartarus before falling on a judges vote against Philipper 2.

Robot History

Trazmaniac darted around the arena at the start of its first round battle with Tartarus. Its spinning drum didn't do much damage initially, but after ramming Tartarus several times, Trazmaniac did leave dents in its outer shell. Tartarus had stopped moving, and was counted out and eliminated from the contest. Trazmaniac kept ramming Tartarus as the house robots tried to finish it off, which infuriated Sergeant Bash. Trazmaniac spent the rest of the fight running away from the house robot. In the second round, it was against Philipper 2. The two rammed each other, Trazmaniac failing to cause damage with its drum, and Philipper missing a flip. Trazmaniac drove onto Philipper's flipper and was almost flipped onto its side. Philipper managed to get another two flips on its adversary, with one of them lifting Trazmaniac fully over. Trazmaniac came back into the fight by drilling into the side of Philipper, before the Belgian robot responded with two more successful flips near the end. When time expired, the judges went for Philipper 2.
