Vector was a heavyweight robot was being built for a potential Series 11 of Robot Wars. With the show's reboot run ending, the team ceased construction operations.
The design of Vector was documented on the team's Facebook page[1] with the first design coming in March 2017. The last design update was in October that same year. In March 2018, the BBC decided not to renew the Robot Wars reboot, and no more updates were posted. The team made a post on the page in August 2020, stating that the robot had been scrapped.

Drive pod design
Vector was a four-wheel drive robot armed with a vertical spinning drum at the front with eight teeth and wedgelets underneath. The team designed numerous versions of the drum weapon in CAD before settling on their final design. The team also decided to use Mecanum wheels like fellow competitor Sweeney Todd. This would have potentially made Vector very manoeuvrable at the cost of pushing power. To the side of the drum were to be two LED-panel eyes that were able to show different emotions and colours.

Throughout the course of development, Vector's team had done a lot of work on the robot's drive system. This included making a full prototype of the Mecanum setup along with a test course. The team was able to begin manufacturing the full scale parts by the time construction had ceased.
